Here we practice techniques to purify the heart and mind.  A calm and equanimous mind is entirely in the present moment, naturally cultivating the right action from a sense of deeply connected compassion. 

Session 5 - Heart and Mind Synchronisation

Natural intelligence involves synchronising the intellect with an open heart. Here we practice techniques to purify and elevate our minds and hearts and open our innate connection to the divine.

Session 6 - Divine Guidance and Intuition

Our inner compass is a blessing, a Supreme guide that will show us the way. But we must listen and trust! The quieter and more focused the mind, the clearer the intuition.
